How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures the plant and its pot to prevent movement. Each shipment includes specialized hydration packs to keep roots moist during transit.
What is your return policy for home decor and plants?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-living home decor. For live plants, we provide a 14-day 'Stay Alive' guarantee; if your plant arrives in poor health, we will replace it free of charge.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States and Canada to ensure our plants spend the minimum amount of time in transit for optimal health.
Are your home products ethically sourced?
Yes, 'The Green Factory' partners exclusively with artisans and manufacturers who prioritize sustainable materials and fair labor practices.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has moved to our greenhouse for packing, we are unable to make further changes.
